Oklahoma City and the Thunder have finalized a plan for the construction of a new arena. The plans are contingent on a vote in Oklahoma City on December 12, for a temporary one-cent sales tax. The tax would start after the conclusion of MAPS4 and would not raise the City’s current tax rate, according to the City.
