Sassy Mama: Tropical Guacamole

News 9's Sassy Mama shares her tropical guacamole recipe.

Ingredients:

1. 4 avocados, cubed
2. 1/2 white onion
3. 1 cup tomatoes, diced
4. 1 clove garlic, minced
5. 1 jalapeño, diced
6. 1 cup fresh mango, cubed
7. 1/2 cup fresh pineapple, cubed
8. fresh cilantro
9. salt & pepper
10. tortilla chips

Instructions:

1. In large bowl add the avocados and use a potato masher to mash according to the texture, you prefer.
2. Stir in the tomatoes, avocados, garlic, and jalapeño, mango and pineapple.
3. Add salt and pepper to taste.

SASSY TIP - Save the avocado pit and press into the middle of your dip to keep it from browning.
