Man Arrested, Accused Of Stomping On Puppy In SE OKC

One person was arrested in connection to an animal cruelty case, police said on Thursday.

Oklahoma City police said that 57-year-old Larry Don McMillian was arrested in the 1600 block of Southeast 40th Street, on Tuesday after police received 'information'.

In a post shared to social media, police said that McMillian had an active warrant from another case for "being in possession of a weapon after a previous felony conviction."
