Wanted Oklahoma Co. Fugitive Arrested In Johnston Co.

A wanted fugitive out of Oklahoma County was arrested on Saturday in Johnston County, according to the Johnston County Sheriff’s Office.

Tiwan Gilbreath, a violent fugitive out of Oklahoma County, was arrested after a traffic stop late Saturday night.

Gilbrerath was wanted for kidnapping, assault and battery with a deadly weapon and domestic assault and battery by strangulation.

When deputies searched the vehicle, they found six pounds of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and possible drug proceeds.

Gilbrerath was arrested for possession of CDS marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of drug proceeds.

Gilbreath was transported and booked into the Johnston County Jail.
