House members in Washington debated the final contents of President Joe Biden's American Rescue Package before it passed the measure on Wednesday afternoon.
The almost $2 trillion bill will be soon signed into law.

But this bill comes with controversy having no support from Republicans.
Oklahoma leaders say there is more to this bill than helping with the pandemic.
"I'm not critical for my friends for doing this, but let's call it what it is. The deeply partisan bill," said Congressman Tom Cole.
The passage of this bill would mark the first achievement for the new administration and congress now under full Democratic control.
