Guthrie Walmart Shooter Officially Charged With 3 Counts

A man who shot two people outside a Walmart in Guthrie was formally charged and arraigned on Wednesday afternoon.

A man who shot two people outside of a Walmart in Guthrie was formally charged and arraigned on Wednesday afternoon.

Arthur Cloud, 61, was charged with one count of shooting with intent to kill, one count of felon in possession of a firearm and one count of reckless conduct with a firearm.

Authorities said Cloud's wife, who was one of the two people injured in the shooting, is still in the hospital but is expected to make a full recovery.

Cloud remains in the Logan County jail. His bond is set at $500,000.

Cloud is expected to go before a judge on May 28.
