The Heritage Hills and Mesta Park communities are requesting four-way stops for 16 intersections in the respective neighborhoods. They say there is about 98 percent support for the stop signs.
However, this has been appealed to city council and the city says none of the intersections requested match the requirements for a four-way stop.
