Deputies confirm the arrests of 22 people connected to a cockfighting event in Kiowa County earlier this week. After hearing from the Kiowa County Sheriff's Office, the investigation is certainly not over and there could be even more arrests coming.  

More than 20 people arrested and dozens of roosters rescued after deputies find a cockfighting ring in Kiowa County.

Nearly two dozen people were arrested Sunday in Kiowa County in connection with a cockfighting operation, a Kiowa County Sheriff's Department spokesman confirmed to News 9.
