WATCH: Tornado Touches Down In Kiowa County

A small tornado developed in Kiowa County Sunday evening.

News 9 storm trackers Val Castor and Tom Pastrano were near Roosevelt, Oklahoma just before 6 p.m. as the tornado touched down.  

The tornado warning continued as the storm moved northeast at 45 mph.
