Eastbound lane of Turner Turnpike in Creek County temporarily reopened

An overturned semi has blocked the eastbound outside lane of the Turner Turnpike near mile marker 201 in Creek County, causing traffic delays. All lanes are back open.

The Turner Turnpike eastbound at mile marker 201 is all back open.

Time Fully Opened: 1532 hours

Total Time Closed: 7 hours and 7 minutes   

Previous Story:

The outside eastbound lane of the Turner Turnpike is has been temporarily reopened near mile marker 201, approximately five miles east of Bristow, due to an overturned semi-truck, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.

The incident was reported around 8:25 a.m. Saturday morning. OHP says when the wrecker is at the scene to upright the semi, the outside lane will be shut down again.
