An Edmond mother was confronted by police after a 911 caller reported seeing a child tumble out of a moving vehicle.

Police: You have multiple DUIs, and multiple child endangerment charges because you get drunk and put your kids in the car and drive around with them unrestrained.

After falling onto a neighborhood roadway, unsure if the little girl was hurt, the caller asks for medical to respond.

Caller: We had a little girl fall out of a car and she’s claiming I don’t want to go with you, I don’t want to go with you.
Caller: You might need to send an ambulance. She’s holding her head and they’re talking about having to take her to the hospital.

The caller tells 911, to send help fast.

Caller:  It’s not a great situation. The person with her is trying to force her to get in the car.

Police confronted the child's mother, Andrea Sarabia, near East 15th Street and Bryant Avenue. The interaction can be seen on body camera footage.

Sarabia:  We had a disagreement, she got irritated at me and she opened the door while I was driving.
Police said she appeared visibly intoxicated.
Police: How much alcohol have you had to drink?
Sarabia: Why?
Police: Because I can smell it on you! you’re responsible for three little children over here

The officer became frustrated.

Police: Listen to me. You’re driving, hauling butt down the interstate making your kids cry. That is your life, that is how you treat your family. Absolutely disappointing.
Police: Turn around, put your hands behind your back.
Police I’ve got medical coming to look at your daughter since she fell out of a moving vehicle and you failed to call us and let us know. I’ll take care of your children for you.

Police say that Sarabia refused to take a field sobriety test.

Police: Do you want to take some field sobriety tests for me?
Sarabia: What do you recommend?
Police: It’s a yes or no question. I cannot recommend it.

Sarabia was taken to jail.

Sarabia: I know I’m not the best mom. I’m probably one of the worst mom’s right now, but I just don’t know what to say.

Records show Sarabia has two previous convictions for DUI. Her children were placed in DHS care.

Police said the girl who fell out of the vehicle was okay. She told police her mother was upset and driving erratically while searching for her husband after he turned off his location tracker.
