Why Are The Sirens Going Off?: Multiple Oklahoma Cities Test Tornado Sirens Tuesday

Some cities in Oklahoma will be testing their storm sirens Tuesday before the threat for severe storms arrives on Thursday.

Cushing and Stillwater are testing their tornado sirens at 11:30 a.m. 

The City of Stillwater Emergency Management said that people should take some time to review plans, clean out their storm shelter and stock their safe space with necessary safety supplies.
