Deputies in Osage County, alongside U.S. Marshalls, conducted compliance checks at the addresses of 132 registered sex offenders and found 13 to be out of compliance.

Deputies say they sent the cases to the District Attorney's office for warrants to be filed on those offenders breaking the rules.

According to authorities, the Sex Offender Compliance Checks were conducted between August 1 and August 5.

Oklahoma divides sex offenders into three levels, which determine how often the offender needs to register. Level 1 requires annual registration for 15 years. Level 2 requires registration every 6 months for 25 years. Level 3 requires offenders to register every 90 days for life.
