1 Killed In SE OKC Auto-Pedestrian Crash

One person is dead after an auto-pedestrian crash in southeast Oklahoma City, police said.

The crash happened Tuesday night in the 5000 block of Sunnylane Road near SE 44th Street.

Investigators said it appears the man killed may have been homeless and walking in a dark area when he was hit.

The vehicle stopped and the driver is cooperating with police.

Motorists are asked to avoid the area if possible.
