Norman Police Locate Missing 16-Year-Old Girl

The Norman Police Department said it located a missing teen after asking for the public's help Wednesday afternoon.

Authorities identified the girl as 16-year-old Serenity Mead.

Police said Mead, who has a medical condition, walked away from the Norman High School campus Wednesday.

In a social media update, police said she was found safe.
