1 Person Dead, Another Taken To Hospital After Shooting In NW OKC

Oklahoma City police said a person is dead and another was taken to a metro hospital after a shooting Sunday morning.

The shooting happened at an apartment complex near the intersection of Northwest 19th Street and North MacArthur Boulevard.

Authorities said one victim died at the complex while the other victim was able to walk to a nearby convenience store. The second victim was taken to a hospital as a precaution.

Officers have ruled the shooting as a homicide.

Police said there is no personal information available on a potential suspect or victims at this time.
