The state medical examiner's office rules the manner of death of a Deer Creek teen was an accident.
Toyin Amuda drowned in a pool at a home back in June.
The medical examiner's office first ruled his death an accident then changed it to pending.
A new report was finished Tuesday and it ruled the drowning death as an accident.
News 9 was told the Oklahoma County sheriff's office is still investigating Amuda's death, and they are looking over the results from the medical examiner's office.
