The Medical Examiner investigating the drowning of a Deer Creek teen has changed the manner of death from 'accidental' to 'pending' until the case has been finalized.

Toyin Amuda died after drowning in a swimming pool on June 16, authorities said.
The 18-year-old was found unresponsive at about 2:30 a.m. in a pool at a home along Villagio Drive in Oklahoma City.
Amuda recently graduated from Deer Creek High School where he was homecoming king. He planned to attend The University of Oklahoma in the fall.
The investigation is ongoing.
