A former Watonga police department chief is facing multiple complaints stemming from an arrest caught on video.
Shawn Kays is now facing assault and battery as well as a burglary complaint.
A probable cause affidavit shows that these complaints are related to a 2019 video where Kays was seen forcefully arresting a woman named Julia Cosby.
There is now a warrant out for Kays' arrest.
Blaine County officials told News 9 that the investigation into obscene material involving Kays is still ongoing.
This is a developing story.
