Woman Found In Rural Oklahoma, Arrested In Connection With 2020 SW OKC Murder

PINK, Oklahoma -

A woman was arrested in connection with a September 2020 homicide, Oklahoma City police said.

Jennifer Parker was arrested in Pink which is about 35 miles southeast of Oklahoma City.

She is accused of killing a woman at an apartment complex in the 3100 block of SW 59th Street.

Amanda Thompson, 32, was found dead at the apartment complex and another man was found wounded nearby.

Witnesses told police three people tried to kick down the door and fired shots at the victims.

Two other people have been arrested in connection with the case.

Members of the Oklahoma City Police Department's violent crimes apprehension team, the Pottawatomie County Sheriff's Office and the Absentee Tribal police took Parker into custody.
