1 Fatally Shot At NW OKC Apartment Complex

One person was fatally shot Sunday at a northwest Oklahoma City apartment complex, police said.

Officers were called shortly before 3 p.m. to the 2300 block of NW 18th Street.

When officers arrived, they found 49-year-old Norman Pugh. He was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Pugh's family told News 9 he served in the U.S. Army from 2005 until 2012 and did one tour in Iraq and one tour in Afghanistan.

So far, no arrests have been made.
