More businesses are coming to the city of Jenks.
The city announced what’s called the Melody Court Center, being built at the former Sharp’s gas station along Main Street. The center will have office space, a baseball and softball company, and a few restaurants.
"Going to bring in more restaurants, more office workers and it also takes a piece of property that had been underutilized for a long time and really maximize this space. That's what you see in a lot of downtowns and what you want to see is, you want to take what you got and really put as much into it as you can,” Josh Driscoll with the Jenks Chamber of Commerce said.
City leaders said it will be a place for all generations.
