Tulsa County Deputy Recovering From Crash During Winter Weather

Dozens of people are chipping in to help a Tulsa County Deputy who was hurt in a crash during last week’s winter storm.

Deputy Cody Casey is a member of the Oklahoma National Guard and was helping drivers with other guardsmen last Monday when a semi hit their car near Vinita.

Casey has had two surgeries and can’t work for the foreseeable future while he’s in a wheelchair.

A GoFundMe has been set up to help his family.
