Driver Identified In Fatal Accident On I-40

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has identified a driver who died in a collision on the eastbound lanes of I-40 last week.

Troopers said 36-year-old Samantha Early of Oklahoma City departed to the left and crashed into the interstate's center wall.

Early was pronounced dead at the scene.

OHP is still investigating the cause of the collision.
