Remains Of Missing Hugo Man Identified After 12 Years

The OSBI says they have identified the remains of a missing man from Hugo 12 years after he went missing.

John Mangrum was reported missing in March of 2008. 10 years later, human remains were found in a remote part of northern Pushmataha County. A forensic lab just confirmed those remains belong to Mangrum. His death is still considered suspicious and anyone with information should contact the OSBI.
