A new business is bringing more than 100 jobs to Tulsa County and it officially opens on Tuesday.
Milo's is the biggest seller of brewed sweet tea in the nation and its products can be found in all 50 states. The company is based in Birmingham, Alabama but expanding to Oklahoma, opening a plant that can produce 94,000 gallons of tea each day.
The new plant is a $60 million dollar investment that will add about 110 jobs when it's fully operational next year. They have 60 people already working and they're still hiring the rest of the positions. They also produce unsweetened tea, and lemonade, and put it out in different sizes.
The Tulsa operation is notably environmentally friendly the company says this factory will produce almost no waste.
