Okla. Continues To See High Temperatures; Relief On The Way

August heat will continue for Thursday!

Highs will range from the 90s to 108 Thursday afternoon. The heat index will range from 100 to 112.

Dangerous heat is on the way, so take precautions if you have to be outdoors for an extended period of time.

Thursday night a few more storms are possible in eastern Oklahoma.

Friday will be a slightly cooler day as a boundary stalls out across the state.

Much of Oklahoma will have a northeast breeze. This will limit the heat and humidity some.

Over the weekend into next week, there will be a north breeze and drier air.

Morning lows and afternoon highs will be below normal for several days!
