(Kingman, Arizona-AP) -- A court hearing is April 16th in Kingman, Arizona, on whether 13 Kingman-area people must testify in the murder trial of Oklahoma City bombing conspirator Terry Nichols.
Nichols' lawyers have asked the public defender in Kingman for help in subpoenaing the witnesses for Nichols' defense.
The 13 haven't been identified publicly but are believed to have known Nichols or bomber Timothy McVeigh, who lived in the Kingman area before the bombing.
Nichols is on trial on 161 state murder charges and prosecutors are seeking the death penalty.
