Outflow boundaries from morning thunderstorms over northern Texas, and a dryline positioned over western Oklahoma will provide a favorable environment for possible severe weather this afternoon.
The primary threats from the storms will be large hail and strong straight line winds, however a few isolated tornadoes will also be possible.
The area of risk for severe weather is along and west of a line from Ponca City, south to Oklahoma City and Lawton; this encompasses the western-half of Oklahoma.
