Kiddoo told Oklahoma City Police one suspect tried to run him down so he fired two shots at the car as it drove off.

But a police investigation found Kiddoo fired at the car after it was no longer a threat. He also did not have an armed security guard license.

Kiddoo is a police officer for the VA Medical Center in Oklahoma City and worked part time at Dillard's as a security officer.
