Man Opens Fire At Party In Hobart, Killing 1

OKLAHOMA CITY -- One person was killed Tuesday night after a man allegedly opened fire at a crowded party.

Police said Jordan Michael Heathco opened fire at the part and hit 23-year-old Benjamin Keith Wagner several times.

Wagner died at the hospital.

Heathco later turned himself in to the sheriff's department.

Kiowa County prosecutors have now charged a Heathco with first-degree murder in connection with the fatal shooting.

A judge entered a not guilty plea for Heathco during a court appearance Wednesday and denied bond.

According to court records, Heathco indicated he planned to retain a private attorney.
