Suspected Drunk Driver Crashes Car In Northeast OKC

A police pursuit ended in a crash near the OU Children's Medical center overnight Thursday.

Oklahoma City Police say the chase began near Broadway and I-235 at about 1:30 a.m. and ended near N.E. 4th Street and Stonewall.

Police say the suspect was spinning the car in circles before crashing. They say he tried to run, but was tackled and taken into custody.

Police believe the man may have been driving drunk.
