Oklahomans braved the snow to vote in school elections on Tuesday.

In Edmond, voters passed bonds totaling $80 million to build two new schools, and purchase land for a new high school.

Voters down in Moore passed $180 million in bonds to build three new schools and renovate others.

There was a shakeup on the Oklahoma City School Board. Chairperson Angela Monson loses her seat to local businesswoman Lynne Hardin.

Voters elected two additional new members to the school board.
