But when Harjo got out of ICU and was transferred to another room, against the advice of his doctors, Harjo decided he was well enough and checked himself out of the hospital, according to police.

Earlier on Monday morning, police said Harjo was feeling ill again and re-admitted himself to the hospital. There are now guards in place keeping an eye on him.
