Those same neighbors went back out Monday morning and found a scene far worse near S.E. 149th and Harrah Road. The bodies of 29-year-old Tera Mattingly and 8-year-old Zoey Mattingly were found on the ground, after they were apparently thrown out of the car.
A 9-year-old girl survived and was transported to OU Children’s Hospital with some broken bones. She is expected to make a full recovery.
According to Moore police, over the weekend, Mattingly’s husband had reported her missing in Moore.
The cause of the collision is under investigation.
