Drinking Peppermint Chocolate
2 cups whole milk
1/2 cup bittersweet chocolate, chopped
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
In a small saucepan, warm the milk and chocolate stirring till combined. Add in the cinnamon and peppermint extract. Continue cooking till warm.
Marshmallow whip
1 cup Cool Whip
1/2 cup peppermint marshmallow (or plain)
Melt the marshmallows for 30 seconds in a plastic bowl. Stir till they are smooth and then fold in the whipped topping. Place a dollop on top of your drinking chocolate!
