A gun store owner arrested after an apparent road rage incident in Grady County, Oklahoma, is expected to be arraigned on Tuesday.

According to police, 53-year-old Dale Spencer, who owns "Alex Arms and Instruction," waived an AR-15 at a group of teens he was upset with at a gas station on Friday, August 12.

Spencer also accused of pushing down a clerk who asked him to leave. He was arrested and booked into the Grady County Jail on two felony counts of pointing a firearm, assault and battery, malicious injury to property, and reckless conduct.
