The Indian Nations Council of Governments (INCOG) and the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) are inviting residents to take part in shaping safer, more connected walking and biking routes throughout the Tulsa metro.
As part of the ongoing Tulsa GO! Plan, a series of open houses are being held in several surrounding communities to gather public feedback on localized improvements.
Connecting Communities Through Safety and Access
These local plans focus on smaller towns — including Skiatook, Coweta, Collinsville, Jenks and Glenpool — with an aim to better connect them to the region’s broader trail network.
The goals include:
When and Where to Attend
Each open house offers an opportunity for residents to ask questions, learn about proposed changes, and share their own experiences and suggestions. All events are scheduled from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Why It Matters
INCOG officials say community feedback is critical to the success of the Tulsa GO! Plan and create infrastructure that serves everyone, whether on foot, by bike, or mobility device.
Residents are encouraged to attend the open house in their area, learn more about the planning process, and speak up about what improvements they’d like to see.
