Caught on Camera: Oklahoma Co. Sheriff's deputies rescue abandoned puppies

The Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office rescued two puppies left abandoned at an apartment in northwest Oklahoma City.

Deputies say the conditions in the apartment were "deplorable."

The OCSO says the dogs were taken to OKC Animal Welfare, and charges will be filed against the owner.
