Evacuations lifted for most parts of Norman

Evacuations have been lifted for most parts of Norman, according to police.

Police say residents are allowed to return to all evacuated areas except for those in the area of 156th Ave SE between SH-9 and Imhoff.

These areas are still under evacuation:

1. 156th Ave SE between SH-9 and Imhoff
