Claremore Man Struck, Killed By Vehicle On OK-66 Identified

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said a Claremore man is dead after attempting to run across a highway and getting hit by an SUV.

The crash happened a week ago on State Highway 66 just north of Claremore.

Troopers said Christopher Martin was attempting to run across the highway when a driver hit and killed him.

The driver was not hurt and troopers are still investigating.
