Oklahoma City police are investigating reports of a break-in at a construction site near Interstate 44 and North Martin Luther King Avenue. The construction company owner says thousands of dollars worth of equipment was stolen.

As Dave Koonce and others arrived at their job site today, the lock on their Conex box was snipped, and their tools were missing.

"Our alarm went off on one of our cameras, and we got a few pictures of the person committing the crime," said Dave Koonce with Rigid Steel Structures, Inc.

Koonce says the man showed up late Thursday night and left over an hour later.

'There are some pretty clear pictures of the guy just milling around and loading some stuff up," said Koonce.

Unfortunately, the alarms alerted the thief, not the owner's phone, as he was inside the storage container.

The stolen equipment, including torches and saws, totaling to around $10,000. Some of these tools belong to the company, while the employees purchased others.

Koonce has a positive outlook on this situation but asks you to take a real close look. If you recognize the man, let the police know.
