City Of Edmond Moving To New Utilities Portal, Old System Unavailable To Residents During Transition

The City of Edmond will be launching a new utilities customer service portal on Thursday.

As the city makes the transition from the old utilities portal to the new, the old service will be down on Wednesday, and residents will be unable to access it.

When the new system is set up, residents wanting to see information specific to them will have to re-register.
