We're happy to welcome back Casey Finau from Panera doing an Everything Roast Beef and Cheddar Sandwich
Ingredients
- 2 slices Panera® Everything Bread
- 2 tbsp. horseradish cream sauce
- 3 oz. roast beef, sliced
- 2 slices sharp cheddar, sliced
- 1 tbsp. Peppadew peppers, pickled, drained and sliced
- 1/4 cup baby arugula
Instructions
- Step 1: Toast the Everything bread and let cool slightly.
- Step 2: To assemble the sandwich, spread horseradish cream sauce evenly on both slices of toast, top the bottom slice with roast beef, cheese, peppers and baby arugula. Add top slice, sauce side down.
