1 Dead After Wreck On I-40 In El Reno

A man died Thursday morning after a car wreck in El Reno, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.

George McGhee, 88, was driving a Ford F-150 eastbound on Interstate-40 near Radio Road, according to OHP. Authorities say McGhee departed the roadway to the right, hit a fence, and came to rest in a ditch.

Troopers are still investigating the cause of the wreck.
