Norman Middle School Lockdown Lifted

Alcott Middle School was on lockdown after an individual was seen trying to get into the school, according to Norman Public Schools.

Norman Public Schools released this statement after the lockdown was lifted, saying there was no threat:

"The Norman Police Department has lifted the lockdown at Alcott Middle School. After Norman Police Department and school administrators investigated, it was determined the person reported was a student and was deemed to not be a threat.
