Certified Healthy Oklahoma Program Marks 20 Years Of Public Health Success

The State Department of Health's Certified Healthy Oklahoma Program is celebrating its 20th anniversary.

Karin Leimbach, an OSDH certified healthy consultant, joined News 9 Thursday morning to discuss more about the program.

The program is a public health initiative to recognize businesses and organizations that have practices to improve health and wellness.

The deadline to apply for the program is Nov. 1, 2023.
