Oklahoma City firefighters responded to the blaze at around 4 a.m. near Southwest 38th Street and South Pennsylvania Avenue.

The Oklahoma City Fire Department said a grandmother and her two grandchildren, a 10-year-old son and an 11-year-old daughter, were inside the home when it caught fire.

OKCFD said the 11-year-old escaped the fire and ran to a neighboring house for help.
