OCPD Says Investigators Close To Making Arrest In Connection With 2021 Hit-And-Run

Investigators are close to making an arrest in a near-fatal hit and run in Bricktown, according to Oklahoma City Police.

OCPD said two people riding scooters were struck by a vehicle along Johnny Bench Drive in August of 2021.

Both people hit were seriously injured, and the driver sped off shortly afterwards.

OCD said a search warrant shows the vehicle was taken to Texas for repairs "consistent" with damage caused by the crash.
