OHP Trooper Hit By Vehicle While On Duty In Tulsa

An Oklahoma Highway Patrol trooper was hit parked on the westbound shoulder of I-244 near Yale on Friday night, troopers report.

A driver drifted in the roadway and struck Oklahoma Trooper Russell Callicoat's vehicle.

Trooper Callicoat was admitted to a nearby hospital.
